What's happening?

The feedback we've received has been invaluable and is helping guide these important conversations. Throughout the summer, we will continue sharing information about the district's financial outlook. In August, we expect to present the Board with a recommendation informed by community feedback and engagement.

Right now, we are at an important and challenging crossroads. Like many school districts, we are experiencing rising costs and financial pressures that we can no longer absorb within our current budget. Simply put, we cannot continue operating as we are today without making significant changes.

Webster Groves School District names Michael Dragoni coordinator of K-12 gifted, talented and the arts

Dragoni brings more than 15 years of experience leading and expanding innovative programs in gifted education, STEAM and the arts. He currently serves as a gifted education specialist and summer programs administrator in the Kirkwood School District

District hires new activities director at Webster Groves High School

Sutherlin currently serves as the associate director of admission and upper school admission lead at Mary Institute and Saint Louis Country Day School (MICDS), where he has helped guide prospective students and families through the admissions process while also serving as an assistant coach for the boys varsity basketball team.
