Hello! My name is Cheri Gray, and I am so excited to be your child's first grade teacher this year! It is truly hard to believe that this will be my 9th year of teaching, but I can't wait to get started! 

Last year was my first year teaching first grade, and I loved it! Before that, I was a fifth grade teacher here at Clark for two years, I taught third grade for one year in a small district outside of Dallas, TX, and I taught second grade for four years in Springfield, MO.  I also completed student teaching in a third grade and first grade classroom. In addition to my elementary education degree, I recently earned my Master of Science in Education - Literacy. 

When I am not at school, some of my hobbies include playing with my puppy (Doc) and kitten (Walt), reading, spending time with family and friends, watching sports (especially Cardinals baseball), trying out new recipes, and watching movies and tv. 

I look forward to getting to know all of you this year!
