Welcome to FACS! My name is Lauren Maedge and I am currently in my 8th year of teaching Family and Consumer Sciences! I live in Highland, Illinois with my husband Travis and my two boys Devin and Easton. I graduated from Fontbonne University in 2011 with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and from UMSL in 2019 with a Masters in Counseling. This year I am teaching Baking and Pastry Arts, Foods and Nutrition I, and Housing and Interior Design.I also serve as the Statesmen Student Council Advisor.
