Complaint Policy

  • When matters of concern arise, citizens are encouraged to take up such issues with the appropriate District staff member, such as the teacher, principal or other administrator. Should the matter remain unsettled, citizens can direct their concerns to the superintendent, who will then respond regarding any decision made or action taken. Matters still unsettled can be brought to the School Board in writing by the superintendent or the individual requesting board action. The board will respond or direct the superintendent to respond to all matters brought to its attention under this policy. The district policy manual is available online at http://schools.webster.k12.mo.us.
