Hello! This is my 5th year teaching GFA at Hixson. Prior to teaching at Hixson, I was an art teacher for 10 years, teaching every grade- but mostly high school. I have Missouri certification in Art (k-12) and Gifted (k12.) My Bachelor’s degree is in Studio Art, I have a music background in vocal and instrumental music, have been in and been stage crew in various productions, and have even been a high school sponsor in such activities as art club and dance team! I believe in good communication and my door is always open. Because I'm part-time, I will not be in the building every day.
