Tuition is based on a program year, September through May. Payments can be made in one annual payment, one payment per semester or, for your convenience, on a monthly basis. If the monthly installment option is chosen, tuition payments may be paid online though the statement you receive through email on the last Wednesday of the month, through EFT (see auto-draft form below) or by check (payable to "AFC" and with your child's name in memo line) mailed in or dropped off by the 1st of the month to the Ambrose Family Center main office:

Tuition payments received after the 5th day of the month are considered late and will incur a $25.00 late fee. Please note that there are no refunds or modifications in tuition when children are sick, on vacation or if school is closed due to inclement weather or other emergencies.
