Please make sure that you have filled out the general permissions form and turned it in prior to your child's first day of Adventure Club attendance.

If you would like to enroll in Adventure Club, please fill out an application and turn it in to the AFC main office.

If you need to make changes to your schedule or withdraw from Adventure Club, you will need to fill out a change form or withdrawal form and turn it in to the AFC main office.
