Share something no one knows about you: I live in one of the oldest homes in Webster Groves. It is an old farmhouse that was built in 1860!
Family:I have been married to my husband Steve for 23 years. We have two children who are both products of the Webster Groves School District. My son Chase is a junior majoring in Civil Engineering at Bradley University. My daughter Linsey, who just graduated from Webster Groves High School, will also be attending Bradley University this fall and majoring in Elementary Education. My house is going to be a little quiet this fall, so it's a good thing I have 2 dogs! Nelly is a yellow lab and is 11 years old. Daisy is a blue heeler mix and she is a year and a half. Daisy definitely keeps us all very busy! Finally, I love sports! I love baseball (yes, I am a Cubs' fan), the Green Bay Packers, college basketball, and I love WGHS sports! (My daughter was a cheerleader at WGHS. I am really going to miss not seeing her cheer this year, but my husband and I still plan to go to many games!)
What I am looking forward to: am so excited to be part of this new journey as we open up as a Neighborhood School. I look forward to meeting new people, making connections, and seeing those friendships grow and flourish.
A quote I like: Never let the fear of striking out get in your way. Babe Ruth
