Mrs. Sagakhaneh is excited to be joining the Hixson counseling team. She is married and is a dog Mom to two dogs, Kash & Blue. Mrs. Sagakhaneh is currently going to school for her school counseling certificate. She practices clinical mental health counseling in Webster Groves as well. She enjoys reading, hiking, and baking.
