Pay Dates:
All regular employees are paid on the fifteenth and last working day of the month. Employees that do not work during the summer will be paid the remainder of their contracts on the last pay date in May.

How to Update My Tax Information:
STEP 1 Navigate to Payroll > Tax Setup.
STEP 2 On the Tax Setup screen, you can adjust your personal information, mark if you have multiple jobs, claim dependents and make other adjustments. Tap "Sign and Update" when finished. Visit irs.gov for more information on completing your W-4.
STEP 3 Confirm your changes by tapping "Save."
STEP 4 Use your finger or stylus to create a signature. When finished, tap "Sign."
Address Changes: Use Paycom
Employee Information & Address Changes
STEP 1 Navigate to Information > Address and Contact Information
STEP 2 On the Address and Contact Information screen, you can add a Preferred Name and make changes to your Personal Email, Phone Numbers, Home Address and Emergency Contacts. Tap “Update” when finished.
Direct Deposit: Use Paycom to access and update any direct deposit changes.
MOST (Missouri Saving for Tuition):
MOST is an investment account designed to help families save for education. Most states sponsor their own 529 plan, often with special benefits for state residents. Open a MOST 529 account with no minimum contribution, or as little as $1 a month with recurring contributions. You can easily set up payroll direct deposit through your Paycom employee portal after visiting www.missourimost.org to set up your MOST Education Plan Account.

NEA Dues are taken from paychecks starting in September and running through May. Please contact your NEA representative for further information regarding membership.
