The WGSD Family BBQ (formerly known as the Back-to-School BBQ) was launched in 2022. The WGSD Equity in Action Committee is excited to serve as the organizer of this event. The goal of the WGSD Family BBQ is to build community between and amongst families, schools, and the district-wide community (while having fun, of course). The event is free and includes food, fun, games, and vendor tables. The BBQ is held at Ivory Crockett Park (106 Almentor Avenue, Webster Groves, MO 63119).
