Webster Groves School District is a community defined by its connection to one another. For generations, the strength of our neighborhoods has been intrinsically linked to the strength of our schools. One Webster is our collective commitment to ensuring that every student across every zip code in our district receives an education that prepares them to lead with integrity and purpose.

Our strength has always come from our people and our proud tradition of supporting strong public schools. That shared commitment has shaped generations of students and continues to guide us today.

Right now, we are at an important and challenging crossroads. Like many school districts, we are experiencing rising costs and financial pressures that we can no longer absorb within our current budget. Simply put, we cannot continue operating as we are today without making significant changes. 

These decisions are not easy and will directly impact our students, staff and programs. Before any path is chosen, it is critical that we hear from you.

A community-wide survey is now available to help identify and prioritize what matters most for our students and schools. In addition, the district hosted a community forum at Webster Groves High School to gather feedback, encourage discussion, and hear a variety of perspectives from across our community.
