  • Structured Literacy Training (LETRS)

    • ✅ Completed: 77 classroom teachers and reading specialists trained.
    • In Progress: 6 have completed both volumes, 43 are in Volume 2, and 28 are in Volume 1.
    • Timeline: Full training to be completed by Summer 2025.
       

  • Collaborative Learning Teams (CLTs)

    • ✅ Completed: CLT process integrated into each school’s improvement plan.
    • In Progress: Partnership with Education Plus to ensure effective CLTs PreK-12.
    • Timeline: Full CLT effectiveness by Summer 2025.
       

  • Experiential Learning Opportunities

    • In Progress: Expanding authentic, real-world learning experiences for students and staff.
    • Timeline: Ongoing through 2024-2025.
       

  • Building Leaders Professional Learning

    • In Progress: PreK-12 building leaders are engaging in training for feedback and evaluation practices, including positive feedback, effective communication, and handling difficult conversations.
    • Timeline: Training ongoing through 2024-2025.
       

  • Instructional Coaching Model

    • ✅ Completed: Research conducted to support the implementation of an instructional coaching model for job-embedded professional learning.
    • Timeline: Implementation considered for K-12 if cost-effective.
       

  • Supplemental Educational Funding Audit

    • In Progress: Task force formed to audit supplemental educational expenses and explore creative funding to expand access for students and families.
    • Timeline: Recommendations expected by 2025.
