  • Staff Leadership Development Program

    • ✅ Completed: Program designed and implemented to offer leadership growth opportunities for staff.
    • Timeline: Fully implemented by Summer 2024.
       
  • New Staff Evaluation System

    • ✅ Completed: Full implementation of the Standard for Success evaluation system for all staff.
    • In Progress: Additional training sessions and continuous refinements to evaluation processes.
    • Timeline: Ongoing adjustments in 2024-2025.
       
  • Master Facility Maintenance Plan

    • ✅ Completed: Facilities and Maintenance Plan created and utilized to manage district infrastructure effectively.
    • Timeline: Finalized by Summer 2024.
       
  • Revenue Reduction Plan

    • In Progress:  A plan developed and implemented to address potential revenue reductions due to declining enrollment post-COVID.
    • Timeline: Began in 2024.
       
  • Student Information System

    • ✅ Completed: New student information system identified and implemented successfully.
    • Timeline: Completed by Summer 2024.
       
  • Staff Wellness Programs

    • In Progress: Developing a program to provide staff with access to self-care resources supporting social, emotional, mental, and physical health.
    • Timeline: Ongoing through Summer 2025.
       
  • Prop S Construction Projects

    • ✅ Completed: Significant infrastructure projects, including boiler replacements (Clark, Edgar Road, Hudson), Moss Field upgrades, and the Kopplin Field project.
    • In Progress: Further projects, such as interior door replacements and Hixson window updates, are underway.
    • Timeline: Remaining projects expected by 2025.
       
  • Communication and Engagement Plan

    • ✅ Completed: Working with staff, students, and community members to develop a comprehensive Family Communication and Engagement Plan to enhance two-way communication.
    • Timeline: Plan to be created and utilized by Summer 2024.
       
  • District-Wide Communication Methods

    • ✅ Completed: Evaluating, improving, and monitoring district-wide communication methods to ensure ongoing engagement with the community.
    • Timeline: Continuous improvement by Summer 2024.
       
  • Professional Partnerships

    • In Progress: Assessment of current partnerships (e.g., SSD) and efforts to nurture new collaborations aligned with district and staff needs.
    • Timeline: Ongoing through 2024-2025.
