- ✅ Completed: Surveys administered to students, families, and staff to guide district-wide decisions.
- Timeline: Biannual surveys conducted in October and April.

Restorative Practices and Trauma-Informed Care
- 🟡 In Progress: Offering professional learning sessions including a Restorative Practices Academy, Character-Based Discipline Institute, and de-escalation training for staff.
- Timeline: Continuous professional development through 2024-2025.

Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) Framework
- 🟡 In Progress: Developing a framework to guide social-emotional learning for students and staff. An MTSS team will create action plans and goals based on student needs.
