Mr. Rachal was Born in Alexandria Louisiana, he graduated from Penn State University in 1999 and spent his first two teaching years in Desoto Missouri. In 2001, Mr. Rachal was hired on to Hixson Middle School in the Webster Groves school district where he taught seventh grade Social Studies for seventeen years. Mr. Rachal has a Bachelors in Secondary Education Social Studies, a Masters in Technology from the University of Missouri Saint Louis, and a Masters in Differentation instruction from Graceland University. This is his first year of teching technology.
