The Chelsea Center for Experiential Learning is a core component of the WG+ initiative, supporting students in Webster Groves School District by creating individualized learning experiences aligned with WG+ Pathways. WG+ is focused on offering students multiple pathways toward self-discovery and career readiness, ensuring students can explore interests and develop relevant skills beyond traditional classroom settings.
The Chelsea Center complements WG+ by allowing students to engage in real-world projects, internships, and community partnerships, which are invaluable for students who wish to explore their pathways in hands-on environments. This approach supports the district's goal of helping students find clarity about their future directions, whether that be in career, college, or community involvement, making the pathway to graduation meaningful and aligned with each student's unique aspirations.
