Guiding Principles
We believe that students should be exposed to Art every year.
We believe graduates should have the confidence to take risks and make mistakes.
We believe all students should have access to technology in class every day.
We believe graduates should be able to perform and/or present at a high level and be able to communicate/reflect on their choices.
We believe students should be able to practice civil engagement through visual literacy(vocab, technology, cultural lens, etc.
We believe students should have time for reflection (1:1 w/teacher, whole group, self). We believe the classroom should be a safe supportive and accessible place.
We believe in having good communication in our space.
We believe students should know what each class is about and how it will connect with future plans.
