Applications will be accepted at Ambrose Family Center beginning on the dates below between 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
Applications will not be accepted before your school’s registration date. Individual applications must be complete for each child and include a $50 non-refundable fee for processing (not to exceed $100 per family).
Bristol Elementary: Monday, April 25, 2022
Edgar Road Elementary: Tuesday, April 26, 2022
Avery Elementary: Wednesday, April 27, 2022
Clark Elementary: Thursday, April 28, 2022
Hudson and Givens Elementary: Friday, April 29, 2022
Please return the application along with the $50 application fee based upon your school’s registration date. Payments must be made by check or money order to Adventure Club – DO NOT add this fee to a current online account and do not turn in to your elementary school or Central Office. Mail or drop off at:
