Buddy Folders, Online Registration
Buddy Folders Coming Home!
Check those backpacks! The annual “Buddy Folder” will be coming home. Folders with paperwork will be sent with the oldest and only child. Due to the new district online registration process, you will find the folder to be much lighter this year! The information in the folders is for your review. Nothing in the folder will need to be returned.
With that said, please be sure to complete the online registration process if you have not already. It is very important that we have your current family information up to date. We would love to be the first school in the district to have 100% complete! Please see below for details on the online registration process.
Back-to-School Registration Info for Parents/Guardians
In order to improve the back-to-school process the Webster Groves School District has now gone completely online with our district forms for kindergarten through 12th grade (Pre-K students attending Ambrose will continue the same registration process as previous years. Please reach out to Ambrose with any specific questions). Within our Tyler Student Information System, parents and guardians must verify and enter required information for the new school year. Please verify and/or update this information as soon as possible.
- Go to https://sis.webster.k12.mo.us/wg/parent (please note that the Tyler app does not give the capability to access online registration)
- Log in to the parent portal with your username (email) and password. If you forgot your password, select the “Forgot your parent password” link and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you don’t have access, please call your school secretary
- Locate the “Online Registration tile.” Please carefully read the instructions for guidance on how to complete all forms
- If you have questions regarding the online registration process, please email Mahasin Bias, School Information Specialist, at email@example.com. For building specific questions, please reach out to your child(s) school.
Thank you for your help in providing us with accurate information about your child(ren).
