Bulldog Bulletin 8/23

Happy Friday! Below you can find the link to this week’s Bulldog Bulletin with news and information on upcoming school events as well as information about the PTO’s 1 and Done Fundraising Campaign, the upcoming Book Fair, the We Make History Project, 3rd Grade Strings, Chess Club, and more!

We also want you to know that care very much about the safety of our young learners here at Bristol. For that reason we remind students every afternoon at dismissal of ways that they can make sure to be safe on their way home:

  1. Always have a walking or waiting buddy. Never walk or wait alone. If a student needs a walking or waiting buddy we encourage them to talk to a parent or teacher.
  2. Never talk to strangers. There’s never a good reason to stop and talk to a stranger.
  3. If you ever see anything scary, or unusual, or see anything that could hurt somebody please make sure to tell a trusted adult right away.

We will continue to give these daily reminders and hope that as parents and caregivers you can continue to do the same.

It takes everyone to keep our community safe and we appreciate your continued vigilance and awareness when out and about in the community. As a reminder, The Webster Groves Police Department can be reached at any time by dialing 911 for emergencies or by calling the non-emergency number at (314) 963-5402.

Thank you for your ongoing kindness and support.

Bill Senti, Principal at Bristol Elementary
