Pam Frazier, whose journey in public education began over two decades ago as an elementary school administrative assistant, announced that she will be retiring at the end of the current school year.
Pam Frazier has been with Webster Groves School District since 2019 as the Chief Financial/Chief Operating Officer. She is currently responsible for all areas of business and operations in the Webster Groves School District, which include technology, maintenance, custodial, construction, student transportation, food service, finance, and the business office.
Under Frazier’s leadership, the district has earned a reputation of strong financial management and stability, earning a “AA+” long-term rating by S&P Global Rating Services, one of the highest ratings.
Earlier this year, Ms Frazier was named School Business Official of the Year by Missouri Association of School Business Officials. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to her profession have made her a true leader in the field of school business management. Her achievements and contributions have been instrumental in improving the quality of education in the Webster Groves School District and beyond.
