STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Reminder we have a late start schedule on Monday, November 11th. Students will miss two class periods (6/7) to accommodate time for teachers to meet in their PLC.  All late start days will begin at 8:57am and two class periods will be dropped. The building opens at 8:00 and students should enter through the senior entrance. If students arrive between 8:00-8:30 they need to stay in the cafeteria and library. After 8:30 students may enter the building through the junior, senior or Roberts Gym entrances.

Any student that wears their hoodie up in the halls or at lunch will receive either a one or two hour detention and or ISS.

WG Drama will be hosting AUDITIONS tomorrow (Friday) at 3:00pm in the Drama room for the Winter One Act Festival. No preparation needed, just come and try-out for one of 7 short plays. The student directors will hear everyone read from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.

Tomorrow is the Night in the Courtyard, a student-led event located outside PV Commons. Held from 5:30 to 8:00 PM, the night will feature a performance by Webster’s A Capella group, as well as music from student led bands The Jettisons and Room 182. Food will also be catered to the event, courtesy of local-restaurant Layla. The event is open to all members of the WGHS community, with tickets starting at $5 for students the week of and $7 at-the-door, and $10 tickets for adults. We hope to see you there!

Attention juniors and seniors: check your school Google mail for information about the NHS blood drive next Tuesday.  There is a link in the email to sign up.  Contact Ms. Rowland with any questions.

Ticket presale for the Mr. Webster Pageant has begun. Presale ticket prices are $5 for students/kids and $7 for adults. This is a great opportunity to save 2 to 3 dollars versus purchasing tickets the night of the event. You can purchase tickets in the activities office and main office before or after school and during both lunches. Thanks!

Students as the weather turns colder, please remember that hoodies are not to be worn with the hood up.  We appreciate your cooperation.

SENIORS

The senior panoramic picture was taken last week. If you would like to order a copy there are order forms in the main office and activities office. Orders are due back tomorrow (Friday, November 8th).
