Meg Holliday approved as assistant principal at Bristol

Meg Holliday has been approved as the new assistant principal at Bristol Elementary School, effective July 1, 2023. 

Ms. Holliday has 20 years of experience in education, where she has developed a strong foundation in fostering student growth and success. Currently, she serves as a speech-language pathologist for Special School District as well as an early intervention pathologist for Missouri First Steps.

Previously, Ms. Holliday served as assistant principal for Bellerive Elementary in the Parkway School District for four years. Prior to that, she was a special education coordinator for Special School District for 10 years, working in Parkway and the Ferguson-Florissant School District. 

Over her career, Holliday has cultivated positive relationships with students, teachers and staff, and ensures proactive communication with families. She demonstrates proficiencies in servant leadership and her commitment to serving the needs of the school community is exemplary. In addition, she has a proven expertise in collaborating with families to meet individual student needs.

Ms. Holliday holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Saint Louis University. She also holds a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Kansas State University and a Master of Art in Education Administration from Lindenwood University. Holliday earned an Education Specialist in Education Administration from Southwest Baptist University.
