The Counselors and Nurse here again asking; What is one thing within your control you can change to get better sleep? Could you be sure you are going to bed and waking up at the same time each day? Could you turn off all screens 30 minutes before trying to sleep? could you try a bedtime routine? Think of one strategy that might work for you and try it tonight! Reminder: We will end the sleep health week with a pajama day on Friday, September 23. Students may wear school appropriate pajamas and footwear to remind us of the importance of good rest!
