Robotics Team will not meet today.
The Counselors and Nurse back to share a helpful tip if you are having trouble falling asleep. If you don't fall asleep within 20 minutes, get out of bed. Try to do a quiet activity without a lot of light exposure. Do not get on electronics unless you are playing a sleep cast to help you relax. Try to read with low lighting, some gentle stretches, or even walk around your room. Remember, tomorrow we will have a pajama day to remind us of the importance of good sleep. Students may wear school appropriate pajamas and footwear on Friday, September 23rd.
