Clark PTO Annual Fund Drive

THANK YOU! We have raised $6,000 so far for the Annual Fund. If you haven't made a donation yet, please consider doing so now to get us to our goal of $9,000 by December 1st.

Did you know the Clark PTO spends approximately $165 per child per year thanks to your generosity! And we are able to do this without asking you to sell pizza's, wrapping paper or any of the traditional fund raisers schools typically use. How can we do this? It's through your support of the Annual Fund and our yearly Trivia/Silent Auction.

Now is the time to give to the Annual Fund! Our goal this year is to raise $9,000 by December 1, 2019. Check out the Annual Fund flyer for all the details about how the PTO uses your donations as well as how you can make a donation.

Remember that ANYONE can donate to the Annual Fund so be sure to share this information with friends and family. Many companies also match charitable donations so be sure to check with your employer too! We will track our progress to reaching our goal of $9,000 on the Support the Clark PTO page.

Hearing Screenings, October 10

Students in K, 1st, 3rd and 5th grades will have hearing screenings on Thursday, Oct. 10. All SSD students and new district students will also be screened. If your child is in 2nd or 4th grade and you have hearing concerns, please don't hesitate to contact Clark School Nurse, Meagan Lozano, RN, BSN at lozano.meagan@wgmail.org to have them added to the testing schedule.

For more information on possible signs of hearing loss, visit the SSD Audiology Department's website.

Read, Right & Run

We will have our October rally this Friday, 10/11. Please have your child dress in clothes appropriate for running. Don't forget to help them track their miles, good deeds and books read. We will dismiss at 4:15 by the gym doors.

Clark Night at Dewey’s

Stop by Dewey's Pizza in Webster at 124 E. Lockwood Ave on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 for some great pizza. Present this Eat Pizza to Raise Some Dough! certificate (paper or via mobile device) and up to 20% of food and beverage purchases between 4:00-10:00pm will be donated to the Clark PTO.

Trunk or Treat

Save the date for Clark’s annual Trunk or Treat! The event will be held on Clark’s parking lot on Friday, October 25th starting at 6:00pm. To make this event a success we need your trunks! All the details are in the Trunk or Treat flyer. Please email Lora Anzalone or Lindsey Dreste if you’re interested in providing a trunk.

Clark Sign-Up Party - Adults Bowling

We still have spots open for the adults-only bowling sign-up party from last year’s auction. Sign-up parties are a great way to meet other Clark families while having a ton of fun!

The party will take place at Epiphany Lanes on 11/9 from 8-10pm. $20 per person includes two hours of bowling, shoes, and appetizers. Also, the first $400 in beverages will be covered by the hosting families. Contact Allison Loveland if you’d like to attend.

2020 Clark Trivia/Auction Night

Clark PTO’s 2020 Auction and Trivia Night will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 6:30 to 11pm. This is our PTO’s primary fundraiser each school year. For all the fun details, see our Save the Date flyer.

Go all out with table decorations and costumes or come in your comfy clothes! Ten person tables will be available - grab your family and friends and get ready to register soon! New this year: We will have drawings for those registered for the event - win a front row table, reimbursement for two tickets, $10 towards a sign-up party, $25 towards an auction item and much more!
