Statesmen Sports

Over 50% of high school students participate in 28 MSHSAA-sponsored activities. Webster Groves High School athletics are two-time Commissioner's Cup winners, best in the St. Louis area Suburban Conference.

High-Five Friday

Throughout the year, high school students greet their elementary and middle school peers before school begins. It's a way we build community in Webster across all our schools: we're all Statesmen.

Gifted Fine Arts

Gifted students have the opportunity to achieve district goals at the level commensurate with their ability. Webster is home to one of the only gifted fine arts program in the midwest for grades 3-8.

Future Leaders

The Future Leaders program offered by Webster Groves High School, provides all incoming freshmen a smooth transition from middle school to high school. The program takes place over the summer and is led by upperclass students.

Camp Wyman

For over 75 years, every student in sixth grade participates in Camp Wyman, an incredibly meaningful outdoor camp experience for students and camp leaders. The camp is an overnight stay where students spend time outdoors.

Industrial Technology

Students build foundational knowledge in physical, life, earth, and space sciences, and engineering, progressing from pattern recognition to proficient information use. Eventually, they deepen their understanding and application of scientific and engineering practices.

Students engage in experiential learning through the Chelsea Detrick Experiential Learning Center. By providing students with the opportunity to wonder, design, tinker, collaborate, adapt and communicate, we're preparing students for the excitement and challenges of their current and future lives.
